  • 24-hour maintenance—even during off hours we always have someone available who can be reached by phone to address emergencies that are in need of immediate attention.
  • Walking distance to shopping and restaurants—Sedgewick Pines is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a mile away from the Village of Carthage, and a short bike ride or drive will bring you even more options.
  • Easy access to hospitals—the Carthage Area Hospital is about two miles away from Sedgewick Pines and extremely easy for residents to get to quickly.
  • Great School District—Carthage Central School District provides an excellent source of education for children in grades K-12. The High School, Middle School, and Elementary buildings are all conveniently located and in close proximity to Sedgewick Pines.
